Dr. Misha Harding
Misha Davis Harding is an accomplished business executive who is passionate about building extraordinary leaders in business.
Her expertise includes executive performance coaching, strategy execution, individual and organizational assessments, training and facilitation, and strategic planning. Misha has over 20 years of combined experience as a business executive and mental health professional. In addition, she is a noted speaker and trainer. Her trainings are high impact, high energy and results driven.
Dr. Harding was Vice President of Organizational Development for a Healthcare non-profit and served on the Board. She has owned and operated a fully licensed financial services firm, successfully developing investment advisors and their teams.
Some of Dr. Harding’s private sector coaching/training clients include BP Oil, Chamber of Commerce, Transamerica Financial, Tigertext Technologies, and Cal Tech University.
Dr. Harding has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and attended a Master’s in Counseling Psychology (MFT) program. Her Psychology Doctorate is in Organizational Management and Consulting.
She is a certified provider Profile XT Assessment and qualified to administer DiSC and MBTI assessments. She is a top Professional Certified Coach as designated by the International Coach Federation, ranking in the top 8% of professional coaches in the world.
